About

I'm Sebastian Moronta. I spent five years at Voice Media Group building the operational and analytical backbone of a revenue organization: first from inside a single channel, then from a seat that touched every part of the company.

Three roles took me there: partner channel coordinator, then partner channel manager, then a director-level seat covering sales strategy and operations company-wide. None of them came with direct reports. The work never depended on managing people. It depended on building something a room full of executives would act on, then defending it when that got hard.

Two things outlived the job. IT held meetings to rebuild a reporting model after I left rather than lose it, and my successor kept running a training system I built and handed off. That's the test I hold the work to: would it survive me leaving the room.
